- Unpaid registrations may be cancelled.
4. Cancellation and Substitution Policy
- Payments made to Maxpo Exhibitions are non-refundable.
- Delegates may nominate substitutes with prior written notice.
5. Event Changes and Force Majeure
- Maxpo Exhibitions may reschedule or modify events due to circumstances beyond control.
- Alternative arrangements may be provided during force majeure situations.
6. Intellectual Property
- All website content including graphics, logos, designs, videos and images belong to Maxpo Exhibitions.
- Content cannot be reproduced without written permission.
7. Photography and Media Release
- Event attendees consent to photography and recordings used for promotional purposes.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
- Personal data is collected and handled according to applicable privacy laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Maxpo Exhibitions is not responsible for indirect damages arising from event participation.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maxpo Exhibitions, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees arising from breach of these Terms.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
12. Modifications to Terms
Maxpo Exhibitions reserves the right to update these Terms anytime. Continued usage represents acceptance of revised Terms.
